The problem is changing status from "upcoming" to "auto". It will change but when I go out and come back into Quicken it is back "upcoming". Is anyone working to resolve this issue? Reported it once before but still having issues. Thank you.

The workaround that seems to work for most users is to turn off cloud sync, but that disables the mobile and web apps. This will not repair reminder that have already been changed from Auto enter to Remind me, but it should prevent Quicken from changing the setting again.
To disable cloud sync, go to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web and move the slider to the left.
