Bond Market Value shown as Zero

I'm on Quicken for Windows, R50.8

Some of my bond holdings download from E*Trade with a zero market price. Based on the security detail view, it looks like it has been going on since sometime in November, 2022. But sometimes the same bonds will download the correct value. So, the history shows the value bouncing from zero to normal repeatedly.

Lately I've been updating prices manually, but that is a long process. But unless I do that my account value is way off.

I see an old thread on this topic, but it is closed without a resolution.
