How can I get transactions updates to start working again

I've not been able to download new transactions at all since May 20. When I update, it will go through the steps to show it is contacting my financial institutions, and then show complete, but nothing new is downloaded. I have tried restarting the program, signing off then signing back on, etc. How can I resolve this?
