Accounts using express connect+ aren't appearing in one-step summary

The one-step summary seems no longer to be showing accounts that use web express connect+. Previously a support rep mentioned something about need to sync accounts with web connect+ but all of mine seems to be set to sync with quicken.com.

Any ideas or others with the same issue?

    See if this process needs kick-starting …
    For each of these EWC+ banks go into the account register and run a "Update Now" from the Action gear icon.
