No longer downloads pending transactions

So I get the New Connection problem, so why are we paying the same for less of a service? I though thepoint of a annual payment was to continue to get quality service.

    And what really is the problem?

    IMHO, pending transactions should NEVER be downloaded into Quicken. The same applies to an Online Balance which is already adjusted for pending transactions.
