How to delete online bill from Bills and Income tab screen

One of our credit cards that I was tracking in Quicken was closed by the biller due to inactivity. Due to this I closed out the account in Quicken. On my “Bills and Income” tab this account still shows up as well as indicating an error and “Fix It” on the right hand box. I believe this was set up as an online bill in Quicken. I went to “Manage Bills and Income” to delete and this account does not show up. Under “Tools” the “Online Payee” selection is grayed out so I can not select this option.

How can I delete this bill from showing up under the “Bills and Income” tab group of bills?

    Try clicking on the gear icon on the bills & income, Bills Income & Tranfers page. Then pick Manage Online .billers and select the down arrow on the box saying "Edit Password" for that biller. Makes complete sense, right? 🤗

    Thanks Bob - your suggestion worked!

    I had my Accounts listing to the left of the screen expanded to the point it had turned the gear icon into 2 small vertical lines. Once I figured that out I was able to click on the gear icon and follow your directions. Thanks for your quick support.
