why are my attachments no longer available on quicken web?

I asked this question before and the only answer I got was it is a bad idea to store attachments in quicken. THat is not helpful. So, after a few updates (I thought I would wait and see if this got fixed) the problem persists. I attach receipts to a transaction in Quicken Desktop (version R50.8, Build 27.1.50.8) and they sync with the web. They are available for a short while but when I come back after only 4 days, I get this message in Quicken Web "This Document is no longer available" when I click on the attachment. On my desktop, its still there but not on the web. However, some transactions with attachments that are older, do still have viewable attachments. (in the same credit card account)

Anyone know what is happening?
