I can't connect to my bank - First National Bank in Frankfort. I get error CC-503.

The bank changed ownership and the banking portal and sign-in information changed at that time. I haven't been able to link up in Quicken since. I'm not sure if Quicken changed. The old bank site was www.fnbfrankfortks.com which still takes you to the bank home page. However the online portal has changed, the site for it is fnbfrankfortks.shazambanking.net
Can someone help me get connected to my bank again?
