Fidelity not "Connecting" on "Quicken Update Status" after trying to access a Fidelity Account

After I do "One Step Update", my Fidelity Accounts seem to have properly updated per the "One Step Update Summary", which shows a current date and time of the update.

However, when I try to access any of my several Fidelity Accounts, a "Quicken Update Status" screen pops up saying "Connecting". However, after several minutes of nothing happening and the screen remaining to try and connect, I hitting the "Stop Update" option. However, that does not stop the update so I force Quicken closed by hitting Alt, Control, Delete, and then via the Task Manager I close Quicken.

I have rebooted my computer, tried the "One Step Update" again, and still get the same issue with a "Quicken Update Status" note popping up that is indicating "connecting" when I try to access one of my Fidelity accounts.

Any assistance would be much appreciated! Thanks.
