R50.13 caused looping Quicken Update Status

After automatic update of Quicken with Release 50.13 - I updated activity in multiple Schwab accounts. After clearing items in the register of the first account, my other two accounts were flagged (new transactions to accept). If I click on account to open register and accept transactions, it automatically opens the "Quicken Update Status" window and continually circles and displays "Connecting….." and remains stuck in that mode. The "Stop Update" button does not respond and the only way to disconnect is via Task Manager. I believe this is a flaw in this new release. Has anyone else experienced this? Might this only relate to users with multiple accounts as one institution?

Same happening to me. I found that doing a mass update will allow you to accept transactions from one account. When you do the second one, it gets stuck as you describe.

It is also getting stuck on an institution where I only have one account.

I am also having the same issue. Tried using an earlier backup file to see if the problem would occur and it did. The update status loop also happens when clicking on an individual account. It seems to occur no matter what is clicked.

Windows 11: I'm having the same issue. I did a mass update and was able to select and accept the downloaded transactions from multiple different accounts.

After that, I try to select any of my investment accounts and the Quicken Update Status windows pops up and doesn't connect or update. It is stuck and won't respond to the cancel button click.

I have to kill the process in task manager.

The same thing is happening, here. When I click on an account, I get the "quicken update status" connection that is stuck. I really need to resolve this, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Same problem here. Must end the program using task manager.
