Please don't close discussions in Community Forum if the problem is unsolved.

Why do we have to keep reposting the same issues because the discussion is “closed?” It just creates clutter, confuses users and staff, and makes it harder to find and track a solution.

Per protocol; discussions are closed after 1 month of lack of activity. Additionally, if 1 month or more has passed since an issue was reported, it is then considered and treated as a new issue.
