Problems after updating to windows 11

After updating to Windows 11 Enterprise and downloading the latest Quicken (V R50.13 Build 27.1.5.13), amended automatic transactions reverted back to its previous. Case in point: One monthly income transaction was $1546 previously. Was increased to 2046 in January. After downloading transactions from my bank and attempting to reconcile my checking account, the 2046 amount did not appear, but 3 transactions for the same date with the amount of 1546 appeared in the reconciliation window. After deleting the bad transactions, and trying to mark the correct amount (2046) as cleared, the bad transaction reappeared and the correct transaction did not appear in the reconciliation window. The correct transaction was deleted from the account window. That is just one concrete problem. Cleared transactions dating back to 8/18/2022 appeared uncleared
