"Alerts" Report is woefully lacking. No ability to sort,or see Notes info,TYPE column is blank, etc.

  • I often flag transactions so they show up on alert screen.  When I click
on the Alert icon on the actions bar, I see the followup date, and the
account, but nothing which reflects the Notes I put into the alert to
describe the history and actions I need to take.  Could you please add
this Notes info to the Alerts "results" list, so I can see at a glance,
up front, what is in each Note for each Alert which is reported?  Seems
like this would make that function much more useful.   The Notes field
contents on the Alerts screen don't necessarily need to contain the FULL
contents, just whatever can be displayed on one line (perhaps with the
ability to scroll "to the right"). Thanks!
  • Also, please enable user ...
    - to RE-SIZE the columns with drag-n-drop, and
    - to SORT (ascending/descending) individual columns by clicking on the column headers.

    Today,
can't see full date unless i hover over the field.  Lots of space for
Description field (most of it blank), but very little for Date, and NO
content in "TYPE" column (what is that column/field intended to
    describe?)

Please mark this as an "IDEA". Thanks!

Also, since it appears (at least in my usage) that all the "Description" details contain

"A <Transaction> in <Account> is flagged for followup"

… you could eliminate much of that redundant info by having a column for <Account>, and place the DATE field as the leftmost column, so that clicking on that date field takes you to the transaction. Again, please make ALL columns sortable by clicking on column header.

Also, the header info for the report indicates "This table is a list of all your alerts. You can delete alerts by clicking on the checkbox and then clicking on the delete button at the bottom of the table."

    1. There is no "checkbox," nor is there a "Delete button at the bottom of the table." There is a "Delete" action box at the far right of EACH highlighted/selected detail line.

    Thanks!

Also, when user clicks on "Delete", hopefully the TEXT in the "Notes" field will remain as HISTORY, and the only change will be for Quicken to remove the "Alert Date for Followup" checkmarked flag and value.
