Why will Sam's Club Mastercard and Walmart Mastercard not connect with Quicken online services

I am trying to connect my Sam's Club Mastercard and Walmart Mastercard to update transactions automatically. Both cards are with different financial institutions. My login information is correct at both institutions (checked directly). I have deactivated both accounts online services. When I go through the process of setting up online access. It works through the process, finds the accounts; however, at each institution it says don't add to quicken and online services are not connected if you hit next. There is no drop down box to link to an existing account. Has anyone found a workaround or do i need to just set up a new account (not the preferred option)?

The " Don't Add …" message means that Q thinks the acct is already connected to online. Look into that via TOOLS, Account List amd look at the Financial Institution and Last Download columns
