Trouble connecting to Fidelity

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am on windows R50.14
Have no issues connecting to all other institutions. When connecting to Fidelity, initially it is successful and shows me the accounts where I can choose to add, not add or link. After I make my choices, and to next, it simply fails "not your fault" and ask if I want to try again or manual. If I say, "try again", it simply hangs "trying" till I X the window.
Is there a workout around it ?
