Problem with receiving verification codes from Bank of Oklahoma since last IOS update 6.5

I have never had a problem with receiving text message verification codes from Bank of Oklahoma when doing an update in Quicken until now, but since the IOS update 6.5, I am no longer receiving the text messages. The phone call option works, but when selecting to send the code via text message to my phone, now nothing happens. My best guess is that this is an IOS problem, but why it would involve only BOK to my knowledge I don't know. I have had occasion to get a code from another online source and that worked, so the problem is between BOK and Quicken as best I can tell. I have asked BOK to check on their end for any possible problem.
