KOHLS ACCOUNT - Cannot Add a Kohls Account

I have tried getting this resolved with Quicken but they have not been helpful. I cannot add a Kohls account in Quicken. The result when trying to add an account is that the username or password are not correct. However they work when logging into Kohls. No one at Quicken has been able to help
