How to Reset an account that wrongly thinks there are transactions to accept

That's the box I get when I try to deactivate or reset my ETrade Direct Connect. Probably has to do with the Morgan Stanley's transition. There are zero Downloaded transactions pending, so there's nothing I can do.
I have Windows Quicken Deluxe. Up to date.

That fixed it! A transaction from 2 years ago had to be reaccepted. Showed up as soon as I turned off Automatic Entry.
