Vanguard one step update

I receive a message stating that my quicken id is the same as my Vanguard, which isn't true. It won't let me set up the account and download transactions from Vanguard.

It’s trying to tell you that the credentials you use to login to the Vanguard website are the ones you should give to Quicken to access your Vanguard accounts.
That’s how it worked for me when I had a Vanguard account.0 -

I am providing my Vanguard login credentials to quicken but Quicken continues to reject it.
