Quicken Transaction File from AMEX website not recognized by Quicken for Mac

Quicken QFX transaction files downloaded from the new American Express Website are not recognized by Quicken for Mac. Since Quicken can no longer connect to the new AMEX website this is the only way I can input my AMEX savings transactions and balances into Quicken other than using manual entries. I have spent hours on the phone with both Quicken and AMEX support and they point the finger in the other direction. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Aren't AmEx Savings accounts now accessible under a separate, new, financial institution name in Quicken? Something like American Express FSB or similar?

    I have tried all of the financial institution names for American Express in Quicken and none work.
