Schwab accounts download

I have used Quicken Premier for Windows for may years strictly for investment tracking and reports. For the past several months I am unable to download my Schwab accounts. I can download other institutions. I contacted Quicken and they are aware of the problem but gave no assurances that they could remedy the problem. Any others having this problem and suggestions?
