Farm Bureau credit card login failure

My Farm Bureau credit card password expired causing the update to fail. After changing my Farm Bureau password, FIXIT prompt didn't work. I had to deactivate the account and re-activate to fix the problem.

Support: FIXIT should have done this???? I found the fix on the support page, but software should be able to correct this issue instead of me having to do it manually.
