No milage rates listed in milage tracker

I have Home & Business R50.14

I entered some vehicle milage but the rate is zero for all categories:

I do have the milerate.txt file and it appears to be updated through 1/1/2023 with correct rates.

"C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\Localweb\Biz\milerate.txt"

How do I fix this?

    I noticed that you are using a Date format which differs from the US default date format, mm/dd/yyyy. Try changing your Windows Short Date format back to the US default and see, after rebooting, if that makes a difference.

    BINGO!

    Good eyes UKR! I switched the date format back to the MM/DD/YYYY and it started to work again
