Quicken Downloading Incorrect Security Prices

I've been holding a ETF security (VXUS) for quite some time and have had Quicken updating historical price regularly. Just yesterday I noticed that some of the closing amounts Quicken downloaded are not correct.

The attached image shows the actual closing price according to Yahoo for VXUS and those downloaded by Quicken also for VXUS. Of the 7 days shown as examples 4 days are incorrect and 3 are correct.

I've tired deleting all historical prices from Quicken and redownloading however the same incorrect prices get repopulated.

This may be a NAV vs closing price issue. See this discussion

Thanks so much for the link to the thread Jim. I believe my issue is the same. I have confirmed I see a mix of historical market prices and closing NAV values. I also see the thread was closed after the last comment asking if this was something that would be resolved. Is there a way of telling if a resolution to this issue is on the product road map to be addressed? thanks!!

Forum Moderators sometimes review issues discussed here and refer them to Development, but if you want Quicken to work on a problem, I recommend you contact Support via phone.  Be sure the support agent understands the problem and gives you a ticket number for future reference.

You should also use the Help > Report a Problem menu in Quicken to submit the issue online. In your submission, be as clear and thorough as possible. Reference the ticket number and provide a link to this discussion. Provide step by step instructions to reproduce the problem. You will not get a response to an electronic submission, but they say they review and prioritize the submissions.

Updates on problems that Quicken has acknowledged are posted at the link below.

Quicken hardly ever says when a problem is expected to be resolved.

Since getting R50.15 and same build, one of my security's price history was deleted (other than the past 5 days) and I can't download any price history for this security (VEA) or manually enter any historical prices for this security. I reported it - maybe a software problem or feed problem for Vanguard ETFs.
