CITIBANK DOWNLOADING STILL A MESS x
I like QUICKEN a lot, use it almost daily, have mostly good experiences with it.
But what's up with the download problem with CITIBANK? I'm talking about checking and savings accounts, not credit cards.
Sometimes I can get it to work if I turn off "2-Step Authentication", as Citibank calls MFA. But sometimes not. And it never works with MFA turned on. I get a CC-502 error.
I don't have any of these problems with other banks and credit cards. When will this be fixed?

If you can make it work with 2FA turned off, why not do so … and keep it turned off for the foreseeable future or for as long as it works?
Nobody, unfortunately, can tell you when this will be fixed. There are too many elements that all need to come together to make this process work.
