I'm needing to upgrade my Windows Quicken, but have a custom invoice created. Will my custom invoice be upgraded along with the data file?

The customized invoice format is stored within your Quicken data file. If it is saved under a Layout name other than "Invoice Default" it should be safe. Can't guarantee that for the default layout.
