baird will connect, will not update activity or holdings
I'm in desktop running latest version of windows and using quicken deluxe. I use one step update daily. I have several accts with different institutions, all are working as expected except RW Baird. I have 4 accts at baird. the connection during one step update occurs, the icon turns green, but no new info is added to any of the 4 accounts. since March 10, 2023 there has been a single entry for a stock split in 2 of the 4 accts. no other activity and no holdings updated. the notation after running update says "holdings updated as of march 10".
I have unchecked Baird and run an update, then rechecked. I have deactivated and reset each of the 4 accts. I have tried to "add an acct" and selected baird and the existing accounts show up on the list, although they all say "take no action" but do not provide other options as I have seen with other of my accounts.
It would seem next step is remove the accounts and then do an add new account but I am afraid I will then lose all activity, and fear when I add them back the history will still look the same as it does now. this is because on one of the 4 when I deactivated and readded, at the end it said "adding 343 days of transactions", but when it was done the transactions were same as when I began, nothing past March 10.
