Hello.
My Fidelity Rewards card has a correct online balance of $111.96. However, The register shows an online balance of $111.00. The ending balance is correct at $111.96. Something is wrong with the Quicken online balance for this account, and I cannot figure it out. It also it is not related to pending transactions.
The screenshots below show the balances. The first one is from the Fidelity website, and the second one from the Quicken register.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way to at least change the Quicken online balance for this account?
