Download Quicken to new computer Windows 11 - S Mode (edit)

I have downloaded the quicken-canada exe file and tried to luanch but it is looking it as an app and not a program file, how do i fix this issue?

thank you this is the same link i used to download the exe file which ok, however, when i try to launch this file it is trying to install as an app

You need to switch your Windows 11 out of S Mode.

the Microsoft Mode S came out with certain Win 10 computers prior to Win 11 - to help establish the Microsoft App Store as a destination for “security” reasons… as in Mode “Secure”
