Why are my account names changing to "N/A" in my account list side bar?

I go in to rename them back to what I want, but they show as N/A when I exit and restart. If try to rename an account showing "N/A" back to what it was, it says that name is taken.

    Murphy trampled all over your data file and corrupted it.
    Restore your Quicken data file from an Automatic or Manual backup taken just prior to the problems first occurring. https://www.quicken.com/support/how-backup-or-restore-your-quicken-data

    Suddenly "N/A" accounts popped up in my Accounts. I shut it down and they disappeared.

    I then tried to perform a backup and QUICKEN DELUXE crashed. What is going on?
