OL-304-A Cannot access Wealthscape Investment

In February 2023, I lost the hard drive on my desktop. When I got the desktop returned, I updated all of my files and tried to setup my downloads. After setting up the accounts and tried to do an update on my Wealthscape Investor accounts, I started getting the OL-304-A errror and that Wealthscape did not recognize my accounts. I deactivated the account and added the account back in to receive updates. I contacted Wealthscape who claimed the error was not on their end. I also contacted my brokerage who looked into the issue. The updates worked before my hard drive crash, but stopped working after I edited the account and added the information back into the system. Any suggestions?
