Chase checking updates with Update Now but not with One Step Update (found)

Frequently One Step Update will not pull the transactions for my Chase checking account, but it will pull the balance. As a result reconcile won't work. If I do an Update Now from the register, the transactions will come in.

I have seen some posts from people experiencing similar issues but they are all marked resolved or closed, but this still happens to me.

Another piece of this story…I did a full OSU this morning and again my Chase checking transactions that posted yesterday did not come in. I happened to launch a reconcile for the account and got a warning asking if I wanted to do a download prior to reconciling. So somehow the OSU had skipped the account. The alert prompted me to do the update, and when I did the transactions from yesterday came through.

In OSU Settings, is Chase enabled for downloading?

NM - User error. Don't know why I would have done so since it's my only checking account, but account was unchecked. Works much better with the account selected.
