New release won't let me sign in.
I updated to the latest release of Quicken for Windows via the download link. |
|---|
Since then, when I launch Quicken, the program requests my Quicken ID and password. It then either hangs forever, told me "SUCCESS" then froze on that screen, then when I forced closed the program and relaunched it, it required that I change my password, which I did. Now the program tells me that it is an invalid credential even though I used the Quicken ID and NEW password to access this support website with no issue. |
What the heck is going on? |

Try resolving the problem from your other discussion,
I think, the two are related.

@UKR,
In order to continue my banking with Quicken, I have rolled back my software to this configuration:
- Windows 11
- Quicken Deluxe
- R50.15
- 27.1.50.15
Since that rollback, all the FI downloads now work.
