When I first connected to my Bank of America Health Savings Account with Quicken about 1.5 to 2 yrs ago, it asked me if it was an investment account and I set it up in that way. Initially, it downloaded info from the savings side of account and also the investments. Somehow the account downloads got messed up and stopped working. I deleted the account and then have tried to set it up more times than I can count to get the investment info downloaded. When I connect, it shows that the update is completed (below) and shows the on-line balance (also below), but no transactions are downloaded from the savings side. Also, it doesn't show the investment balance and no investment transactions are downloaded. There is also no register showing the investment side. I'd appreciate if you can help me figure out how to get this working for both the savings and investment side of my HSA so that I can get it into Quicken.
