Greetings -

I have created and saved a "spending by category" report and clicked on "collapse all".

However, when I export the report - all of the categories are expanded.

Please help - Thanks,

Tom

Click on the gear to customize the report and go to the Advanced tab. There where you see "Subcategories" select "Hide all". This will give you only the top level report which you can then export to Excel. Unfortunately if the subcategories are in the report, even if they are collapsed, they will get exported to Excel.
