Have 2 USAA logins but can't get both to download

My husband and I each has a USAA account and trying to download both into quicken. We got one connected but the other one we can not get connected. The one that we cannot get connected keeps trying to use the other USAA account login. How do we fix this or can we?

It sounds like both USAA accounts are accessible by the same ID/Password. If so, it's OK to set up each account with that ID/Password, but associate them with the Q Account you want to download each one into.

Provide more details if that is not the case.
