One-Step Update downloads wrong accounts

On Windows 11. Most of the time, when I do an update for CitiBank, I get downloads for Ally Bank instead. I've tried updating from the Citi register's "Action" gear and from the toolbar "One Step Update" tool. I know that I have new transactions in Citi that should be downloading. Any suggestions?

suggestion:
CNTL-A
click the edit button next to Citicorp account
Online Services Tab
click deactivate
then reactivate the account
does that work?
