Trouble Downloading Charles Schwab and Credit Union transactions

I am having trouble downloading transactions from Charles Schwab and from my credit union. this all started last week. Quicken one step starts and them sits in a loop and does not complete. i have to reboot team time.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Which credit union are you experiencing this issue with? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs? Did this begin after a recent update? If so, which update?
