Mortgage details vanish upon turning on One Step Update for the mortgage

I saw several posts about similar issues where the mortgage historical details disappear once automated updates are turned on for a mortgage. The fix is anywhere from deactivating then reactivating the online service, or uploading a transaction history. The history is there—I can see it in the Spending by Payee report. I tried to deactivate the Online Services and nothing happens—I click the button and I get a message asking if I'd like to deactivate the service, I hit yes, and it just blinks at me with the deactivate button still showing. This really needs to be fixed.
