Wells Fargo changes???

just before leaving for the airport this morning Wells credit card reported needs attention. Fixit did not work. But it appears that direct connect and bill pay through wells which I have used for many many years is going away. Is that true?? I rely on this to automate my bill paying life. A bit beside myself and away from my computer for a week.

I followed the procedure convert my Wellsfargo connection method and it now forces me to use Quick Pay. Problems get worse by the day…

So it appears it’s an either or…

Bill pay through Wells will still work on direct connect but bill notifications will not. They require EWC. So one must choose which is most important. A VERY big disappointment for me.

Having never tried Qucken’s bill payments-Quick Pay is current version?- how is that working? Reliable? Need to hear if it is worth considering.

I found a Quicken Support article on how to use EWC+ for Online Billers and Direct Connect for checking account and bill pay. But cannot find it again. If that is at all possible would be my solution for now.

Anyone have a lead where this is? Was for a different bank than Wells, but same situation.
