Remind me to sync to Quicken cloud is checked in Mobile and Web

This has not worked for a while, I think I had issues starting several updates ago. I do not receive a prompt any more, so I have to remember to do it before closing.

I have unchecked it and closed Quicken and then restarted Quicken and checked it but to no avail.
