OnPoint CU - Delay in downloading transactions by one day

When I do a connection to my Onpoint Credit Union account the downloaded transactions do not download from that day. The downloads are from the day before. This is not due to pending transactions, all transactions have cleared my account and are posted, they are just not downloading for the current day. Is anyone else having this issue?

I called the help line and they insisted the transactions were pending although pending transactions are clearly marked in my account. Their advice was wait a few hours. This has been going for for three weeks. I have windows.

I couldn't find a "Onpoint Credit Union" in the fidir.txt file to see what method they use for downloading.

"I called the help line and they insisted the transactions were pending "

It's not clear who you called here. The CU or Quicken? If it's the CU then the problem might be in their system, somehow, where there's some lag between updates in how you "see" transactions on different screens. Are you aware of any recent web site changes at the CU, that also could be affecting things.

It seems like most CUs use Express Web Connect (EWC) as a downloading method. With EWC your request to "fetch" information doesn't really contact the CU, giving you the most up to date information. Instead an aggregator (Intuit, here) calls into the CU on some sort of schedule - frequently suggested in here as being "at night" - so the problem could simply by "stale" information, information that will be updated the next time the aggregator calls in. Hard to know exactly what's going on here.

Is this "new behavior" for this CU Account in Quicken, or has it always been working this way?

    Thanks for the responses.

Yes, this is new in the past couple of weeks. I waited to see if it would clear itself up.

I called the Quicken support line.

if you look at the top line of your Register - which protocol is listed next to the OnPoint account name ?

Don't understand why I couldn't find OnPoint Community CU in the fidir.txt file - must have been doing something wrong - but now that I see they do use EWC I wouldn't be a bit surprised if - somehow - the method being used in your file changed from Direct Connect to EWC.

hey @Tom Young - I think those couple of entries were manually added in the wrong place,
as if they were two words "On Point" vs one word - "OnPoint"
