In Q Mac is there a key/menu combo to display detailed record counts like QWin Shift+Help About

recent (<1 year) convert to Q for Mac (subscription) from Q for Windows. Would like to monitor record counts as was possible in Q for Windows with the combination of the shift key plus the menu item help about. Is that provided for in Q for Mac? I realize there are work arounds for each record type.
