Reinvest income error?

Reinvest income will not enter correctly. shaow as cash transaction rather than dividend reinvestment

    I am reluctant to show my account details ,but when I enter the transaction as ReinvDiv , instead of entering x Shares @ 1 in the description column, it just enters x shares 1. Then the Share Bal column is not updated and the Cash Amt column shows N/A.

    You can block out any info you don't want shown. I think if you have N/A it means there are placeholders in the account.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
