Can I update my Quicken 2012 home and business to the free version of Quicken 2013 without losing any of my features?

I believe the Q2013 version is Deluxe. Your business accounts will still be visible, but they will no longer be business accounts and you would lose access to business features like invoicing.

Well the Quicken 2013 they give for free is for the Deluxe version. All your transactions and categories will be there but you will lose some business features and reports. Why do you want to upgrade? If 2012 is working for you I would stay on it. Or do you want to install it on a another computer and don't have the 2012 CD? If you do install 2012 you will need to update it. One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
