One Step Update Updates Only 1 Account

I try to update accounts from 5 banks.
In the One Step Update Summary, it says "1 account updated"
No errors and 0 new transactions.
Quicken specifies no errors.
Also, Quicken take a very long time to start.

Any ideas why this is happening?

No, and it's not normal. Quicken should come up within 4 or 5 seconds of launch. I suspect a corrupt data file, but time to put on your detective hat. Try creating a new data file and see if that starts any quicker. If so, then enter the accounts for transaction download, and see if they all work. This drill will dictate whether it's a Quicken data file issue or a larger Windows OS issue.

I created a new file and things seem to be much better. The slow loading happened periodically for a couple days then is ok.
But, when entering scheduled transactions, in the Add Bill Reminder screen it shows the 'From account' as my savings instead
    of my checking account.

    Don't know why.

    I have another question.
When creating a bill reminder, which payee should I use, one from the Online Payee List or one from my memorized
    transactions list??
