one step update: error recovery

I have not been able to update my banks transactions in two weeks, I have not gotten a response from the Quicken team, and I am at a loss for what to do now.
I have installed updates to my computer, the latest quicken update, restarted the computer etc… help?

I am using Quicken Deluxe, subscription
