How do I copy a paycheck including the splits.
I currently cannot set up the splits on the copy.

If it's a regular, recurring paycheck, have you set up a scheduled reminder? Once set up, it will contain all the splits every time a new paycheck is due.
You can also start a new transaction from the blank new transaction line, begin typing the Payee Name and select the paycheck from the popup menu. This will have all the splits from the last transaction.
