When I launch Quicken and Enter the Data File Password, I get a blank screen as noted in the pic. I then force Quicken to close. I've tried rebooting, still with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thank you.
Try opening Quicken with a backup file…one that you know worked in the past.
Pull down the File menu and click on your data file (most likely qdata).
Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately Quicken is not responsive, so I am unable to pull down the file menu. Any other thoughts on what I can do? Appreciate the assistance.
Thanks Ralph. That worked! Unfortunately the last back up was several days ago though, but at least it worked!
