Quicken website is under maintenance

Hello,

I have wasted a day and 3 calls online trying and waiting for a fix to renew my annual subscription (which used to be forever, before it was three years and now is one year).

I then went to amazon, bought a new user subscription, followed the activation instructions, activated as a renewal user and sucessfully extended my subcription. (before the nice rep reported that I would need to wait longer for my case to be escalated).
